Please read this document carefully before using the 59200 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

By accessing, registering for, or using the 59200 platform (59200.app), you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 59200 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the latest updated version.

- You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure.
- 59200 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
- All activity that occurs within your account is your sole responsibility.
- Please contact us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
- Registration details provided must be accurate, current, and complete at all times.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the 59200 platform, you agree not to:
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of our platform's systems.
- Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Sharing your account with any other party or allowing third-party access to your account.
- Displaying, publishing, or transmitting any content that infringes copyright, is fraudulent, or is otherwise unlawful.
- Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
59200 reserves the right to take appropriate action against any user who violates the above rules, including account suspension or closure and the forfeiture of all balances associated with the unauthorised activity.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
- All transactions on the 59200 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).
- Accepted deposit methods include FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), TNG eWallet, and GrabPay.
- Minimum deposit amounts and daily limits are subject to the thresholds set within the platform and may change from time to time.
- 59200 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests are processed only to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the user's name.
- Minimum withdrawal limits and processing times are stated in the Wallet section of the platform.
- 59200 reserves the right to request additional identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Winnings obtained through activities that violate these Terms may be voided in full.
Important Note: 59200 is not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be applicable to your winnings under Malaysian tax law or the tax laws of your country of origin. Users are solely responsible for fulfilling their own tax obligations.
Liability Limitations, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
59200 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or betting outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or continuous availability.
Account Suspension and Closure
59200 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is involved in fraud, a breach of terms, or any activity harmful to the platform or other users. All balances in accounts suspended for terms violations may be forfeited.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 59200 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 59200 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any platform content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links, Amendments & Applicable Law
